Overview
This qualification is ideal for managers who are able to input into strategic planning, delivering operational plans, managing projects, leading and managing teams, talent management and supporting individuals through coaching and mentoring.
This new CMI programme will lead to Membership of CMI (MCMI).
You will complete the following units:
Principles of Leadership Practice
Managing Finance
Managing Change
Managing Project to achieve Results
Conducting a Management Project
Managing Stakeholder Relationships
Creating and Delivering Operational Plans
Principles of Developing, Managing and Leading Individuals and Teams to Achieve Success.
You could progress to a relevant higher level programme.
