Free CPD courses from the North East Institute of Technology

The North East Institute of Technology is delighted to be taking part in the In-Work Skills pilot which supports the delivery of short and modular courses for in-work adults.

NEIoT has received funding to deliver 6 short, modular courses at Levels 4 and 5.

Six Modular Courses, each providing 50 hours free CPD

• Supporting the L4 Improvement Progression from Manual to Digital Process                        

• Transfer the Best Practices from L4 Improvement to other Key Sectors                                   

• Enhancing Skill in Digital Construction                                                                                                                           

• Leadership & Management in the Engineering & Construction Sectors                                     

• Electrification                                                                                                                             

• Hydrogen Safety to New & Emerging Markets                                                                      

Employees will be able to access cost-free, short and modular courses to reskill or upskill in areas where they currently have gaps. This will have a positive impact on careers and progression opportunities as well as supporting employer demand for shorter modular courses to equip employees with skills that may be lacking in their workforce.

Employers will also have the opportunity to shape and influence the short and modular courses as they are being developed to help respond to the immediate skills gaps in their sector.
