This course aims to develop your knowledge and understanding in key areas of people practice, as well as an understanding of people practice in a business context. You will be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the knowledge, skills and behaviour required of a people practitioner, whether your role is generalist in nature or specialist.
The course will help you to develop practical and relevant skills and above all, provide you with confidence.
This Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management is a professional qualification based on the CIPD Profession Map. The Map was launched in 2018 having been developed in collaboration with a wide range of experts working at the heart of the profession. It sets the international benchmark for the people profession and provides a strong foundation to provide you with the confidence and capabilities to guide decision-making, actions and behaviours.
